Recent projects of an aerospace nature

Product line:

1. An 8 station nital etc line, 13’ deep, complete with ventilation, air agitation heating, waste water transfer.

2. A 4 station hard chrome system, complete with four 5,000 amp reversing rectifiers, activation line, ventilation complete with chromium scrubber to latest specs, fully computerized for control.

3. An aqueous ultrasonic cleaning line, 15’ deep, all stainless construction, as replacement for an existing vapor degreaser, complete with radio controlled hoists, oil skimmer, steam heating , filtration, ventilation system,waste water transfer system.

4. An aqueous cleaning system, not ultrasonic, 32’ long 8’ deep, complete with filters, heating, oil skimmer

5. A 15 tank hard chromium plating system, (approx 36000 gal of solution) closed loop waste, fully automated for rectifier control.

6. A fully automated rectifier control system, ties 12 rectifiers into a fully automated control for plating time and conditions. expandable to handle many more rectifiers, as well as data logging.
