JBC Ltd. is providing to it's customers, process solutions that allow for high value parts to be chemically processed and then integrated with a paint or organic coating system. We are able to provide material handling systems, manual and automated, that will move and position work through all stations of the complete process cycle.

Utilizing high efficiency downdraft paint booth technology, customers can have modular booths designed and built to suit most product style, shapes and mixes. Our paint booth design, allow for the complete paint processing of parts within one booth at a fraction of the time. Productivity is improved without any loss of quality or employee safety, nor environmental concerns. Booths of this style save valuable floorspace space, as they do not require a separate oven for curing coatings of varying cure temperatures.

Modular downdraft booths fit a variety of unique shop layouts. Booths are simple, reliable and extremely economical due to variable frequency drives control of air flow fans and exhausts. Heating is provided by direct fired recirculating system. Booths are equipped with state-of-the-art PLC controls for precise control of operation and temperature. Down draft booths are able to reduce cure times up to 50%.

Where downdraft booth technology is more than what the customer requires, an array of universal open faced spray booths or modular design are also available. This approach, offers the economy of a line of paint spray booths while making available virtually unlimited sizes and configurations to fit a broad range of part configurations.

Paint mixing rooms, again of modular design, can be configured to convenient locations adjacent to established or new paint booth operations. Mixing rooms are constructed to support many paint kitchen delivery systems and also meet all government regulations for employee and environment safety.
